High School South’s chorus had the amazing opportunity to participate in a unique drop-in singing event sponsored by the Jay and Linda Grunin Foundation Center for the Arts. The chorus traveled to the campus of Ocean County College where they met up with Choir! Choir! Choir! creative directors Nobu Adilman and Daveed Goldman (AKA DaBu). As promised, the pair taught the group of people gathered in the college’s Larson Student Center an original arrangement to a song everyone loves. In this case, it was Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ on a Prayer” and it did not disappoint.

Choir! Choir! Choir! was created as a way to celebrate music in a community-based setting where there are no auditions and the audience becomes the performers.
According to Mr. Martin, South's chorus director, "it was a great opportunity for the kids to engage in a musical endeavor...that combined community bonding, music education, and the skills [they] learn in class. They had an amazing time and can't stop talking about it!"
