Mrs. Garvey is a substitute teacher. She has been actively involved in education for almost twenty-five years. She has been on the Board of Education since 1993, having served as a former Board Vice President and President.

Mrs. Garvey lives in Toms River with her husband. Her children attended Toms River Regional Schools.

Mrs. Garvey is:
