Welcome Spring!

Mrs. Memoli's children celebrated the arrival of spring by having a Spring Fest.
The sweet smell of spring was in the air. Or, was it the spring air?
The arrival of Spring was topped off by eating a delicious cupcake bought at the
21st Annual Linda Ritacco Scholarship Cupcake Sale.
MMmm, what a tasty treat!

FAMILY SCIENCE NIGHT

Teachers Miss Miraglia and Mrs. Reader brought science alive to families of third grade students
through the Family Science program.  The program, designed to bring students and parents together,
to conduct interesting science experiments involved 25 families.
Pictured above is the last group enjoying the results of their experiment...ice cream!

SPECIAL GIFT

Ms. Huey's 4th grade class had the opportunity to watch eggs hatch
into wonderful baby chicks.  All twelve eggs hatched, and each chick was named for their distinct personalities.
It was a great experience and they were sad to see the chicks go back to their farm in Pennsylvania.

THE CAT IN THE HAT VISITS CEDAR GROVE!
