The HS East Galleon Yearbook

Each year, The Galleon Yearbook staff dedicates their time and extensive effort to deliver the best  student-produced yearbook possible.   Below is a list of important information you may need  to know.

Ordering a Yearbook:

This year's edition of The Galleon will cost only $70.  We have lowered the year-round price to accommodate all who would like to receive one.  Orders will be taken for yearbooks until June 1st.  You will still be able to purchase a yearbook after this date by seeing one of the yearbook advisors in their classrooms, or going down to the Ticket Booth outside of the Student Center.

You may download and print the Yearbook order form here:

For seniors only:
Seniors may opt to have their names engraved on the front cover of their yearbook for an additional $7.  Please see the yearbook order form for details. The engraving deadline for seniors has been extended until Friday, December 9th, 2011

For any underclassmen that may be absent, miss their portrait date, or choose to sit for a retake, make-up portraits will be taken on October 20th and 21st in the same location.  Students may stop down during homeroom, lunchtime, during a Study Hall, or directly after school. (There is a fee associated for a re-shoot that is charged by the photography company.)

*IMPORTANT*
The deadline for your choice of proofs has been extended for the student who sat for the make-up portrait session in early September. The new deadline is Wednesday, October 26th by the end of the day.

Senior Portraits:

For any senior that may have missed their appointment for their portrait during the summer, a few make-up dates are available to get them done.  On September 20th - 22nd, and the 28th seniors will be able to get their picture taken or re-taken if they so choose (There is a fee associated for a re-shoot that is charged by the photography company). This will be the last time any senior will be able to have their picture taken for free through Lors Studios.

Please do not forget to go to www.LorsStudios.com and choose which two portraits you would like to be featured in the yearbook.  Any senior who has not done so by October 20th will still be in the yearbook, but they may not necessarily get the portrait that they would prefer.

Yearbook Ads:

The deadline for all ads has passed.  No other ads will be accepted unless otherwise stated by the yearbook staff advisor

Baby Ads and Friendship Ads are now on sale for purchase.  Ads are an integral part of keeping the yearbook affordable for everyone and are also a great way to celebrate your senior’s achievements.  Orders will be accepted until November 1st to allow the yearbook staff to organize, design, and place each ad in the yearbook.
