O.M.N.I. students all over the district are studying alternative energy. Pictured here are students from STRE. They just finished learning about the power of the wind. Designing the best sail was the goal of this particular project. Students raced boats to determine which materials, shapes and sizes worked best. With this knowledge, these students will go on to build wind turbine blades to create a model wind farm.

School Spirit Day

Indoor Winter Fun
Miss Kari taught students in Mrs. Slavin's STRE class to ice skate through the "snow" . A shower curtain provided for the ice and shaving cream was the slip-sliding snow. No skates required!
