A Message From Our Principal Mrs. Benn

      Intermediate North is a wonderful place to spend your days!  Our staff has developed many programs to extend students’ learning experiences.  Some of the programs our students may participate in include writing, photography, peer mediation, athletics, community involvement, student government, studying, homework, fine arts, mathematics, band, chorus, and leadership skills development. 
     We strongly encourage our students to be involved in after school activities!  These activities provide exciting avenues that challenge students’ talents and discover new areas for personal and academic development. 

      So join in and experience three wonderful years at Intermediate North!

Important  Information

The Toms River Regional School District encourages athletes to get their physicals from their family physician before June 1, 2008.
If you are planning on participating in a sport and have had a physical within the last year, you need to fill out a medical questionnaire and permission slip. (Available in the nurses office or online)
All athletes must have physicals completed at the time of tryouts/evaluations. If your doctor completes the physical, return the paperwork to the school nurse and allow 1 week for processing. You will NOT be permitted to tryout at a later date.

Physicals are good for one year (365 days)

All necessary physical forms are available in the main office or on the following site

Dance Dance Revolution
The Toms River Intermediate North Physical Education staff would like to thank Fran Brebner, Eileen Galizio, Stacey Pirello and the Intermediate North PDSO for their continued generosity. Physical Education classes are seen here using the recently purchased Dance Dance Revolution system. This outstanding program was purchased with funds generated from their "Evening of Elegance". This system is the first in the district and would not be available to our students without the dedication, support and hard work of our parents.
