PREVENTING OBESITY AND SECONDHAND SMOKE IN YOUNG PEOPLE

Governor Jon S. Corzine addressed high school students from the Toms River Schools on the importance of eating healthy and the dangers associated with tobacco use. The assembly was part of a statewide initiative to help young people be more healthy and lead an active lifestyle. Specifically, the initiative focuses on preventing obesity in young people and warning about the dangers of secondhand smoke.
