NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND CERTAIN OTHER CONTRACTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed qualifications will be received by the Toms River Regional Schools Board of Education on or before April 21, 2009, at 2:00 p.m., by Assistant Superintendent Gary Cranston in the Administration Offices located at 1144 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, New Jersey 08753, for providing during the 2009-2010 school year, auditing services, banking services, advertising services,  insurance services , legal services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, engineering services, and  any and all other no bid contracts valued in excess of $17,500.00, at which time said qualifications will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Each qualification shall be signed and contained in a sealed envelope, which envelope shall be addressed to Assistant Superintendent Gary Cranston and shall contain on the face of the envelope a statement that it is a submission on said item.

Standardized submission requirements and selection criteria for all qualifications may be obtained from the Office of Assistant Superintendent Gary Cranston at 1144 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, New Jersey 08753, during normal business hours.
