We are now accepting Pre-Registration for the 2011-2012 school year for students from grades 1 through 12.  For new kindergarten students, please refer to our Kindergarten Registration Section.

In an effort to make the registration process easier, you may now pre-register online by accessing the Registration Form (click on).   Please open the registration form, complete using the tab key to maneuver through the document and save it to your computer.  Once saved, please attach the form to an e-mail and send it to centralregistration@trschools.com.  Your registration folder will be waiting for you at Central Registration.  For those who are unable to use the on-line process, you may appear in person at our Central Registration office anytime..  Please download the Complete Summer Pre-Registration Packet below, or you may pick up a registration packet at your nearest school.

Our office will finalize registrations Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 p.m. from June 27 through August 26.  It is not necessary to bring your child.  You need only bring the required documents listed below:

1. Proof of residency
   1st proof - Tax bill, Deed or Mortgage statement for homeowners or a lease for renters
   AND  
   2nd proof - Current utility bill or a "recently issued" Driver's License (showing the current address on the front)
   
   For persons residing with someone else who owns or rents, the above items must be provided by the homeowner or renter and a Third Party Residency Form must be completed and notarized.  The parent/guardian will also be required to provide a regular monthly mailing in their name (i.e. cell phone bill, bank statement, etc. or digital driver’s license with the new address on the front).
    

2. Original Birth Certificate for the student.

3. Photo ID for the parent registering the student.  Custody papers may be required to prove residential custody for the student.  Please note:  Only the natural parent or legal guardian may register a child.

4. Health Records -
   - up to date immunizations
   - Complete physical dated Sept. 1, 2010 or later (if transferring from an out of state school.) 

5. Transfer papers from previous school
   - for NJ schools - a copy of the transfer card;
   - for out of state schools - something that shows the student has been withdrawn from the previous school. 
   - In addition:
   Grades K-5:  the final report card that shows successful completion of the previous grade; Grades 6-9: the final report card that shows successful completion of the previous grade and the most recent standardized test scores available; Grades 9-12: the unofficial transcript and most recent standardized test scores available.
