I am thrilled to be a part of the South Toms River Elementary family for a third year!  I look forward to helping your daughters and sons in their educational pursuits!!  I was educated in the Toms River Schools from kindergarten to high school.  I graduated from The College of New Jersey with an Education/History degree and became a teacher at East Dover Elementary.  I  taught both fifth and sixth grades for nine years.  During that time, I completed my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership/Administration.  My wife is also a teacher and we have two young daughters.  I enjoy playing and watching almost every sport and also enjoy reading history books and the newspaper.  I know this will be an outstanding school year!!  Mr. Pallen
