SEQUENCE

OBJECTIVE:
Link to reading program.
Students will learn the concept of
sequence (beginning, middle and end)
MATERIALS:
12x6 paper black crayons
green red, yellow and orange Art Tape
scissors
water cups (to wet Art Tape)
PROCEDURE:
Discuss the term sequence.
Instruct the students to draw 3 trees
with crayon. Use the “Y” method to draw
the trees.
Cut leaves from the Art Tape.
Green for the first tree (Spring or
Summer).
Yellow, red, and orange for the second
tree (Autumn).
The third tree is either bare or has a
few leaves with the ground covered with leaves (Winter)
