III. PROCEDURE
A. Discuss:
Andy Warhol & his art work
'Pop Art'
Self Portrait
Pop Culture"
Talk about our 'pop culture'
people, food, toys
B. Show
examples of his work which repeats the same image
C. On thin
white paper draw a self portrait shoulders up
Trace image on white paper (4x)
Each image is colored different with a different
background
Also a different media is used
· Crayon
resist I water paint
outline with crayons, paint over with water paint
· markers
· color pencils
· oil pastels
Glue on 12" x12" paper
