2018 Benefits Open Enrollment


Open Enrollment is the one time of year that benefit eligible employees can make changes to their current elections. Mid-year changes can only be made if there is a qualifying event (i.e. marriage, divorce, birth/adoption of a child, loss of coverage).

Effective January 1, 2018, there will be an Open Enrollment for all benefit plans and Flexible Spending Accounts. This is the time to review your benefit elections and update your dependent information for the 2018 plan year.

  • If you would like to make a change to your benefits or enroll in a FSA, the applicable form(s) must be completed. Please note, if you wish to contribute toward a FSA, annual enrollment is required each year.
  • If you do not want to make a change to your benefits or enroll in a FSA, there is nothing you need to do.

Completed forms are due to the Benefits Department by December 1, 2017.
