Collaborative Professional Learning In School and Beyond: A Toolkit for New Jersey Educators is a resource to assist educators and providers of professional development in “transforming professional learning from occasional events that occur outside the regular work of teachers into an integral part of what teachers do each day in coordination with their colleagues.

The toolkit provides articles to build the foundational knowledge on high quality professional development methods for all educators, resources for planning professional development at the district and school levels, tools for implementation to ensure that professional learning impacts student learning, and chapter bibliographies to deepen knowledge.
