Can I get work e-mail on my phone?

Yes!  TRRS staff members can set up their phones to receive work email.

Great.  How do I do it?

Configuration steps may vary for different devices, but here are the general settings you will need to know in order to receive TRRS e-mails on your phone.

  • Server:
  • Domain: [leave this blank]
  • Username: [your e-mail account]
  • Password: [your e-mail password]

We have provided instructions for a few of the most popular mobile devices.  Due to the ever-increasing number of different mobile devices on the market, we are unable to provide specific instructions for every device.  

Instructions by Device

  1. Tap Apps.
  2. Scroll to and touch Settings.
  3. Tap Accounts and Add account.
  4. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
  5. Enter your TRRS email address and password.  Tap Next
  6. If prompted for Remote security administration, tap OK.
  7. Adjust your account options to your own preferences and tap Next.
  8. If prompted for "Activate phone administrator", tap Activate.
  1. Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  2. Tap Add Account
  3. Tap Exchange
  4. Enter email, password, and description.  Tap Next.
  5. Your account will be verified.
  6. Enter server, domain, username, and password.  Tap Next.
