    Nov. 4, 2024-- Members of High School East's Hispanic Heritage and Spanish clubs presented to more than 800 of their peers about the Day of the Dead during a presentation Nov.

    Nov. 4, 2024-- Three spooky painters have separated themselves from their incredibly talented peers. Maya Bahr (top left) was named first-place winner of High School South's downtown Halloween art contest.

    A big day from running back Jake Henehan, a fake punt touchdown and some timely plays on defense helped Toms River South upset Central to win a division title and the Week 8 @jerseymikes Team of the Week award.

    Oct. 31, 2024-- STEAM Academy AP capstone students took research to another level entirely at iFLY in King of Prussia, PA Oct. 28. Research students were flying high in the US Army Golden Knights Bodyflight training and experience lab.

  • Forum Promotes Leadership for JROTC Cadets

    Oct. 30, 2024-- Cadets from the district's JROTC Academy participated in a Joint Service Leadership Forum Oct. 25. The purpose of the leadership forum was for different services-- Navy and Air Force-- to interact with each other, with Air Force active-duty course instructors leading the way.

    Oct. 29, 2024-- In a small ceremony at its flagship headquarters in downtown Toms River this morning, Partnership Health Centers/Integrity Health celebrated 15 years as Toms River Regional Regional Schools' signature healthcare provider.

    Congratulations to Assistant Superintendent Cara DiMeo, whose "Unicorn Princess Pumpkin" (left) was named winner. Coming in second was Assistant Superintendent Pat Thomas and his "Cookie Monster Pumpkin.

From pumpkin picking at Walnut Street (center), to a Safe Trick-or-Treat evening at High School East (above, photo by Allison Goodwin), to a Trunk-or-Treat at High School North (right), to a Halloween-themed night at the Early Learning Center, there's been something for everyone.

    Oct. 24, 2024-- In partnership with the New Jersey Department of Education's Office of School Preparation and Emergency Planning, the district hosted Stop the Bleed training for area nurses and other professionals today in the offices at 1144 Hooper Ave.

    Sept. 26, 2024-- Longtime High School East student assistance counselor (SAC) Dawn Aulisi has impacted countless lives in and around her school. In addition to her one-on-one work with students, she’s been a tremendous advocate for mental health within the greater Toms River community, and her capacity for making connections with people and organizations doing great work has proven to be mutually beneficial.

    Sept. 26, 2024-- A tradition continued on the grounds of High School North yesterday. But as the annual event progresses from year to year, the school's senior barbeque features more than just food, even if the BBQ remains the main attraction.
