March 19, 2021 -- Students were excited to try out the new instruments that Beachwood Elementary received as part of the Foundation for Impact on Literacy and Learning grant. Through the grant, the school was able to purchase Orff instruments and other multicultural instruments.

"The goal is to build a music program that is representative of the many cultures we strive to celebrate each day," said Principal Kim Muir.  She continued, "Adding these instruments to our music program gives our students a more comprehensive understanding of themselves and the world around them."
