Nov. 25, 2025- High School South senior Makayla Manzi has been named the WOBM and Gateway Toyota Student of the Week. Makayla serves as her school's board representative each month (above), providing updates on everything South. She also boasts a 5.08 GPA (is that good?), is student body president, plays varsity lacrosse, and is a key member of the school's yearbook and newspaper staffs. All of these factors and then some — she is also, by all accounts, a wonderful human being — contributed to her being honored as the SOTW. Congratulations, Makayla!
