May 30, 2025- "The monster plushies are officially packed up and ready to go!" said Intermediate South teacher Abigail Stolowski to Pine Beach Principal Tricia Moran.

The two have been working together on a project inspired by this video:

Pine Beach kindergartners drew the monsters and Stolowski's seventh graders put their new sewing skills to use to turn the drawings into plushies.

The result is two boxes of monster plushies going back to PBE for elementary students to enjoy. A true collaboration.

"We are so excited about how this project turned out," said Stolowski, "and we hope the kindergartners get some joy out of their new plushies!"
