Sept. 12, 2025- The Science Communication Lab will be utilizing the Maria Ressa Auditorium at High School North in partnership with the Jersey Shore STEM Ecosystem to host an important and impactful event.

The organizations are seeking community members to take part in a local screening of their collaborative new documentary, Observer. The film explores how careful observation shapes the way we understand the world—through science, storytelling, and everyday life.

This is part of a paid research effort to gather a wide range of perspectives, and they’d love to include yours. Here’s what to expect:

• Attend a free, in-person screening at High School North Wednesday, Sept. 24.
• Watch the 90-minute film
• Fill out a short, anonymous survey on your phone afterward.
• Receive a $20 Venmo payment as a thank-you.*
