Aug. 28, 2020-- Partnership Health Center, the prime service provider for Toms River Regional Schools employees covered under Integrity Health, will reopen its downtown Toms River location Aug. 31, and it will look much different to district staff.
The location has undergone significant renovations over the past several months, a projected coordinated by the district, Integrity Health, and Toms River Township. Earlier this summer, Integrity Health President Doug Forrester provided Superintendent David Healy, Assistant Superintendent James Ricotta, Jr., and Business Administrator William Doering a tour of the newly remodeled facility (right).
TRRS administrators walked away impressed.
"Our staff will enjoy state-of-the-art medical resources within a modern and welcoming environment," said Healy. "Now that I've seen it firsthand, I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of this health facility, and I'm proud that our district can offer such an incredible resource for our staff members."
Said Forrester, "National research indicates 38,000 physician practices will close permanently by year’s end, because of pandemic related economics. New Jersey is no exception. General access to primary care will be severely limited. Kudos to Toms River Schools leadership for guaranteeing access to such robust and critical care for their members at Partnership Health Center."
