Sept. 21, 2023-- Intermediate East teacher Angela Germano served as the featured speaker on PBS's Everybody, hosted by Angela Williamson, Sept. 20.

Germano, recently named the American Legion’s Educator of the Year, spoke about the Social Emotional Learning Family Book Club she implemented at the school with funding from the Toms River Education Association PRIDE grant, as well as her books, documentaries, and publicity writing for expeditionary healthcare during the pandemic.
