May 24, 2023-- The Early Learning Center hosted its Pre-K prom for 2023 yesterday evening, and it was a star-studded event. Students and their families/dates walked the red carpet at East Dover Elementary School, where inside they enjoyed singing, dancing, and a great time. A photo gallery of all the fun is below.
