April 19, 2024-- Allison McConnell Tracy is a clinical supervisor at Georgian Court University, and also a Silver Bay Elementary School parent. She felt compelled to nominate her son's teacher, Jacqueline Clayton, as a Teacher Who Rocks, a local initiative of 95.9 WRAT.

Clayton was indeed selected, and celebrated with other Teachers Who Rock at a celebratory event held April 17 at the Spring Lake Manor.

"It was a wonderful evening where the genuine appreciation for the most amazing Mrs. Clayton was shown," said McConnell Tracy. "I am so grateful that my son Jack gets to learn and grow with her every day, she is the BEST!"
