HSS scary art

Oct. 28, 2020-- Normally at this time of year, High School South students have decorated the windows and walls of downtown Toms River with their Halloween art projects. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, this year is different ... but, as it turns out, no less scary.

Under the direction of three HSS art teachers-- Rebekkah Hunkele, Lauren Ruhlin, and Gregory Johnson-- students were inspired to create their Halloween art at home, and those projects were then compiled into a virtual video. The end result is more than 120 diverse, breathtaking, and truly scary artistic depictions of fright and frenzy.
