Sept. 1, 2026- The "ber" months began today, and so did staff at Toms River Regional Schools. It was a professional learning day, an opportunity for teachers and staff members to get acclimated or reacclimated to their buildings and each other, for new leadership teams to introduce themselves and their goals for the year, and to prepare for the exciting return of students tomorrow.

At High School North for example, new Principal Chris Blessing took the podium for the first time while surrounded by his team (top right), Salty joined staff over coffee and specialty treats (above), and groups of select students helped bring the energy and raise the anticipation level for a new year being underway (right).

Well, almost underway. Until tomorrow!
