Nov. 27, 2023-- The Staples store in Toms River is no stranger to donating to Toms River Regional Schools, and that trend continued today.
The occasion was the unveiling of the store's new Tech Center-- the TR store is one of only 50 Staples centers in the state to boast one-- and after a ribbon cutting featuring district leaders, Staples staff members, Greater Toms River Chamber of Commerce reps, and tech leaders from HP and Epson, Staples' Dianna Hoyt rolled out a pallet containing boxes of supplies for district students.
Superintendent Mike Citta expressed his sincere gratitude to Staples as well as the entire Toms River community which actually supports the donations when shopping at the store. That generosity has resulted in thousands-- 9,043 to be exact, Staples announced today-- of supplies to TRRS students.
