Students in the Early Learning Center donated $1 to color a special vest-a-cop themed coloring page. The money raised will help support the Toms River Police Department's annual Vest-A-Cop campaign, which is scheduled to take place on Monday, September 25 in downtown Toms River from 4-9 PM.
