June 9, 2026 -- West Dover's fifth-grade students recently had the opportunity to partner with the JROTC Academy for a day of leadership, teamwork, and learning.

The JROTC Academy's mission is to develop leadership skills and help young people grow into productive members of society. During their visit, the Cadets worked alongside the Blue Jays, leading engaging activities designed to strengthen communication, teamwork, agility, and problem-solving skills.

Through collaboration and hands-on challenges, students practiced important life skills while building confidence and learning the value of working together. West Dover is grateful to the JROTC Academy!
