All Three TR Bands Claim First Place at Brick Competition

Sept. 22, 2025- "We are TR" indeed!

The marching bands of all three district high schools— East, North, and South— came away victorious at the Brick Township High School Tournament of Bands Sept. 20, with each band winning first place in its group. And that's not all, as each school also earned at least one notable special award:

The Marching Raiders took Best Music Group 3-A and Best Visuals Group 2-A.

The Mariners walked away with Best Music Group 3 Open.

And the Marching Indians grabbed Best Music for Group 2-A.

To say this was a moment of incredible pride for the bands and their directors (below) is an understatement. The kids were so pumped, in fact, that they joined forces on the Brick track to lead their fans in a "We are TR!" chant.

Congratulations to our incredible high school marching bands on this special accomplishment which will live on in district lore for the foreseeable future.
