Sept. 17, 2025- Last night, TRSTV covered the boys soccer game between High School North and St. John Vianney. It was a well-played game, with the Mariners unfortunately dropping a close one, 2-1.

But the big story was the game's coverage. For the first time in the TV studio and broadcast journalism program's 30-plus years of covering games, they had an all-freshmen crew.

"All three are members of our STEAM Academy's broadcast journalism program," said proud TRSTV coordinator Chip Phillips. "Clark Husenica and Kaylee Burak (above left) called all the action, and Olivia Berkowitz (middle) operated the camera."

Move over Fab 5— it's time for the Fab 3 to call the action.

"We're so proud of their efforts," added Phillips, "and we even received a complimentary note from the St. John Vianney Athletic Department on their work!"
