First graders performed for their families, continuing the annual tradition.
Fourth grade students participated in a jump rope competition to increase their fitness as they raised donations for the American Heart Association.
Hooper Huskies participated in a school-wide "Respect Week" during the first week of October. Students and staff showed their good intentions by "going green for the environment", "wearing red to show our self-respect", and "wearing school apparel to show respect for our school community"..
On September 11th, staff and students wore red, white, and blue to observe Patriotism Day. Mr. Hughes led a school-wide moment of silence during which Huskies showed respect for our country's heroes.
