One way we can increase our students’ display of expected behavior is by increasing the extent to which we are consistent in the message we give to students. Our first step is to operationalize and make explicit those actions we want to see them display during everyday routines. The Behavior Committee has generated a list of behaviors for each area of the building that we would like to see displayed by all students. Signs and banners displaying these expected behaviors have been placed in strategic areas around the building.
