    Sept. 3, 2025- Students returned to school today, officially kicking off the 2025-2026 school year. We've hand selected some of our favorite photos from a joyous day- we'll update this page throughout the day and rest of the week- but you can find more on the district's Instagram and Facebook feeds, as well as the IG accounts of our schools.

    Congratulations to the 5th grade team at North Dover that placed 4th in the Ocean County Math League Contest.   • North Dover Hosts Inaugural Coping Skills Fair

    March 26, 2025- It was highlighted in their feature story on this year's district goals, but today it happened: North Dover hosted its first-ever Coping Skills Fair.
  • Lights, Camera, Auction to Take Place June 5

    March 26, 2025- The district is partnering with Fair Funding For Students (FFFS) NJ to host a large-scale gift auction June 5 at RWJBarnabas Health Arena.
  • District Honors Year's Best at Board Meeting

    March 20, 2025-- At the March 19, 2025 Toms River School Board meeting, the district's Teachers and Educational Service Professionals of the Year were recognized and honored with commemorative plaques.
  • Youth Art on 'TRAC' for Amazing Month

    March 11, 2025- The Toms River Elementary Fine Arts Department hosted their annual Youth Art Month (YAM) Exhibit this year at a new location, the TRAC (Toms River Artist Community) Art Gallery, 40 Main Street in downtown Toms River.
  • Trifecta of Goals Being Met at North Dover

    This year, we're highlighting what our schools are doing toward our three primary district goals: attendance, kindness, and academic achievement. Today, it's the North Dover Elementary School Pirates.

    Feb. 27, 2025- Rare Disease Day is a worldwide movement, hosted annually on the last day in February, aimed at raising awareness among the general public and decision makers about rare diseases and their impact on patients' lives.

  • Saying Thanks on National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day

    In honor of National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, which was Jan. 9, members of Miss Crockett's Kindness Club at North Dover Elementary showed Officer Jeff much gratitude for keeping everyone safe. And, we all say thank you to members of law enforcement throughout the district who keep our schools safe every day!
