Sept. 29, 2026- Charles Cox (above, no. 3) scored the lone goal of the game — a beauty (above right) on an assist from Christopher Howe — to give High School South a 1-0 win over Middletown North yesterday.
The junior's second-half goal stood thanks to stout defense and solid goaltending from Jayden Catusco (right), who had four saves. The win evens the Indians' record at 4-4-1 on the season, but moves them to 2-1-1 in the A South division.
Most importantly, the home victory advanced the team to the knockout round of the Shore Conference Tournament. Good luck moving forward, Indians!
