Aug. 14, 2025- Former High School East standout Matthew Ferrara, who was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies last month, made his pro debut yesterday, manning second base for the Clearwater Threshers, the franchise's Single A affiliate. It was a line to be proud of: 1-for-3 with a run scored and a walk in his team's 4-2 win over the Flying Tigers. Follow Ferrara's MiLB profile below.
