Feb. 28, 2026- High School South's girls basketball team defeated Timber Creek yesterday in the first round of South Jersey Group 3 state sectional tournament. And while that's a good story, it wasn't the story.

Junior Linsey Cribbin scored 26 points in the victory, along the way notching her 1,000th career point. Linsey becomes the 12th girl in the school's history to reach the milestone, and her family, friends, coaches, and teammates were more than happy to join in the celebration of a remarkable accomplishment (below). Congratulations, Linsey!

The Indians will face Moorsetown on Monday in the NJSIAA quarterfinal round.
