Nov. 12, 2025- High School South's girls volleyball team defeated Shawnee yesterday, 3-1, in the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 3 final, becoming state sectional champions.
It was an all-around group effort. Cora Olcott had 13 kills, Giana Denino 14 digs, and Grace Hewitt an astounding 22 assists, but the box score from the matchup is littered with contributions up and down the Indians' roster.
Up next for the Indians is a date with Princeton in the SJG3 championship semifinal round, on the road, tomorrow afternoon. Good luck, girls!
