May 28, 2025- The story of the 2025 track & field Shore Conference Championships centers around Toms River. High School North's boys track team (above) defended their 2024 team title. May Hanlon (high jump and 100 hurdles), Jael Hester (long jump), Camryn Thomas (110 hurdles), Taysaun Wilson (800), Yianni Papanikolas (discus), Riley Brazier (javelin), and Mordecai Ford (400 hurdles) won gold for the Mariners. Meanwhile, High School South seniors Jayden Hall (pole vault) and Julia Santos (shot put) also won Shore Conference Championships gold.

The Asbury Park Press's Jerry Carino has all the details on the boys and girls sides, but to get an idea of how dominant Toms River was at the event, an incredible nine TR athletes made his combined top 20 performers.

You can't spell "success" without SCC, and we congratulate our track and field stars on their remarkable 2025 achievements at the signature Shore Conference athletic event.
