Sept. 12, 2025- Two standout High School North student-athletes have been named Jersey Mike's Player of the Week.

Field hockey star Jill Tetzlaff— who scored four goals in each of her team's season-opening wins over Holmdel (Sept. 4) and Donovan Catholic (Sept. 8)— was one of the well-deserving HSN honorees. 

The other was football star Wesley Tanner, whose fumble recovery of the game's opening kickoff set the tone for the Mariners' big win over district rival High School East on Friday. Tanner later added a 70-yard touchdown catch.
