The Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) means that all enrolled students of Citta, Pine Beach, South Toms River, North Dover, and Walnut Street elementary schools, along with Intermediate North, are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no cost each day of the 2025-2026 school year. Families of these schools should see the CEP application posted below, which despite this automatic eligibility for the school year, must be completed in order to receive Summer EBT for 2026.
